In a new video that has gone viral from the automaker, Nissan has teased several new models in the pipeline. One of the new cars is also a 'Z' model!
The silhouettes show the upcoming Ariya, Kicks, Murano, Navara, Pathfinder, Patrol, and lastly the new Z sportscar. Clearly, Nissan is planning a two-pronged strategy as regards cars in the UAE. The SUV-heavy lineup clearly shows the Japanese automaker's backing of large vehicles that have traditionally done well in the Gulf states.

Nissan Ariya: All We Know
Not much is known about the Ariya for now, except for a few tidbits. The electric crossover will have two motors, Nissan ProPilot 2.0 to assist the driver, batteries housed in the chassis making for a flat floor in the cabin, and so on. Expect the Ariya to be available by the end of this year as a 2021 model.
Nissan Z
Now there's a new Z on the horizon, giving Nissan sportscar loyalists something to dream about. Word on the street is it will be called 400Z, but the jury is still out on this one. What we can see from the video is that Nissan has gone back to the Z's roots, which stretch in the past to the original Datsun 240Z.
Upon launch, the 350Z and its successor 370Z were all but ridiculed for having strayed away from the Fairlady design. Curvy profile and tall, bulbous rear ends of the cars met with less-than-ideal reception from prospective customers and fans alike. That was until the cars were driven.
Z cars have always been exceptional handlers, and now the new silhouette promises to look the part as well. Expect the new Z to compete against the Toyota Supra, Subaru BR-Z, BMW Z4, and the Jaguar F-Type upon launch.
What about the SUV range?
