Crisp and compact on the outside, spacious and versatile on the inside, the new Opel Crossland is now available in the UAE and is the first model to adopt the brand's unmistakable new face. In addition to the design, Opel has further developed the new SUV's chassis and steering and added three trim levels for customers: Enjoy, Innovation and the sporty Ultimate trim which features automatic Matrix headlights and 17” Alloy wheels.
Across all three lines, Customers get a powerful and efficient 1.2 Litre turbocharged petrol engine with an output of 110 hp and 205 Nm of torque linked to a six-automatic transmission. The new Crossland's chassis also benefits from a number of enhancements designed to deliver an optimum balance of comfort and agility as well.
Organically integrating the grille and headlights, the Opel Vizor of the new Crossland extends in one single sweep across the front of the vehicle. It optically stretches the width and organises the fascia with a reduced amount of elements. The brand's legendary lightning-flash emblem proudly dominates the centre. The Vizor will become a hallmark of all Opel models in the course of the 2020s with the idea of further clustering top technologies.
The top-of-the-range Ultimate trim caters to customers looking for a more premium feel and is equipped with a wide array of features including an eight-inch Navi 5.0 IntelliLink touchscreen display, dual-tone exterior, panoramic roof, lane warning assist with speed limiter and Heads Up Display (HUD) system. The SUV also convinces with an increased, luggage capacity of 410 litres, expandable up to 1,255 litres, providing one of the largest and most flexible load capacities in its class.
Drivers and passengers are well connected and entertained thanks to the range of infotainment systems including device connection via Bluetooth® , Apple CarPlayTM or Android AutoTM, allowing customers to talk, message and play while keeping their hands safely on the wheel and eyes comfortably on the road.
The new Crossland starts at AED 69,900 and is now available for customers at the Al Fahim Motors (AFM) showroom in Bahwan Centre, Umm Al Sheif on Sheikh Zayed Road/.
