The Toyota Land Cruiser 70 series features a vintage and rugged design inside out.

In addition to the return of the 2024 Land Cruiser Prado, Toyota has reintroduced the new Land Cruiser 70 series with nostalgic and retro styling. This boxy design offers original features that have been updated to suit the modern era. It has strong driving performance and provides decent fuel efficiency.

Technical Specs of the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series

The 70 series SUV is powered by a 2.8-litre turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine that delivers 204 horsepower and 500Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission (ECT), it also gets a four-wheel-drive system for enhanced off-road capabilities. The Land Cruiser 70 series has a length of 4,890 mm, a width of 1,870 mm, a height of 1,920 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,730 mm.

The LC 70 series delivers robust off-road performance unique to a high-torque, high-output diesel engine, all while ensuring a quiet and low-noise ride and improved fuel efficiency. Its original ladder frame ensures high durability and reliability, while also providing enhanced on-road comfort without compromising exceptional off-road driving capabilities.



Exterior and Interior details of the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series

The 70 series range will continue to carry a boxy and edgy appearance on the outside with vintage design elements that offer a blend of nostalgia and modernity, exuding rugged charm. The muscular wheel arches, the durable front and rear bumpers and the generous ground clearance are indicative of the SUV's impressive off-road capabilities.

The 2024 Toyota LandCruiser 70 series features a diamond mesh grille with TOYOTA badging and round LED headlights at the front. At the rear, it gets an old-school tailgate design accompanied by vintage design taillights that complement the old-school robust look of the Toyota SUV.

The rugged and boxy theme continues on the inside with a simple dashboard and glove box design. The SUV's only digital display is the driver's instrument cluster as the infotainment system of the 70 series Land Cruiser gets an old-school design with button controls, the seats can accomodate upto five passengers. The steering wheel also carries a simple design with a few buttons on the right side.
