The all-new 2019 Hyundai Kona SUV is aimed at younger, fashion-conscious buyers and as such offers advanced vehicular technology.

revealed the firm's premium subcompact SUV offering, new for 2019. The new Kona is packed with the latest technology in terms of drivetrain technology, convenience and safety features, and driver assistance systems.
Present at the official unveiling, Marketing Manager of Hyundai UAE commented: “We are excited to be bringing a renewed SUV to our customers in the region, offering them a new way of driving while adding to the lifestyle of the fashion-conscious driver. Kona is a lifestyle statement; it complements our design-focused SUV range and provides the driver with unmatched technology and excellent value. Keeping in mind our tech-savvy customers, Hyundai
introduced advanced systems that enhance their experience and ensure a safe and memorable journey.”
Indeed, the 2019 Hyundai Kona has an expressive and powerful design, with the front fascia dominated by the signature Cascading Grille, strong character lines that accentuate the car's stance, and impeccable proportions when it comes to its form.  Inside, the host of technology the subcompact SUV offers makes for a very convenient and hassle-free user experience. There is a head-up display which projects vital and relevant information placed in the driver's line of sight. A floating navigation touchscreen is placed ergonomically such that the driver does not have to take his/her eyes off the road to navigate.
The 2019 Hyundai Kona comes packed with a host of safety and driver assistance systems. Features include Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind-Spot Collision Warning, and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning. Hyundai Smart Sense active safety measure and various driver assistance tech along with the aforementioned features make the Kona one of the safest vehicles in its segment. The 2019 Hyundai Kona also boasts of a five-star safety rating from Euro NCAP.
The 2019 Hyundai Kona is powered by a 2.0-litre inline-four motor capable of 147hp and 178Nm, paired to a six-speed automatic gearbox. It is quite a frugal subcompact SUV, benefitting from improved fuel consumption as well as CO
emissions. The Kona is capable of 20% more efficiency compared to similar cars equipped with conventional six-speed automatic transmissions.
The 2019 Hyundai is now officially on sale in the UAE. Colour options for the baby SUV include Lime, Orange, and Red.
