Al Tayer Motors, the official importer of Jaguar and Land Rover cars expands its footprint across the country with the inauguration of a new, bigger facility in Garhoud, Dubai.
The new JLR showroom is more than thrice the size of the current facility, occupying a 2,700 sq. meter area. It has been built to global ARCH standards. Ashok Khanna, Chief Executive Officer of Al Tayer Motors talked about the development, saying: “The previous Garhoud facility was among the first with which we expanded our operations. Building this new showroom at the same site reminds us of our heritage as one of the UAE's earliest luxury automotive dealerships.”
The showroom is large enough to accommodate the expanded lineup of both Jaguar and Land Rover. It utilizes environmentally friendly technologies for the water, air-conditioning, and lighting system. LED lights throughout the facility help in lowering energy consumption. State-of-the-art insulation materials reduce the energy consumed by heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems.

The facility located in Garhoud, Dubai has been fitted with auxiliary equipment with a view to accommodating electric cars. It already has the necessary infrastructure to charge the vehicles in the showroom as well as in the basement of the building. The new showroom will be open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm through the week except on Fridays.
