Audi Middle East has showcased the latest edition to its e-tron line-up, the Audi Q8 e-tron in the United Arab Emirates ahead of its regional debut in March 2023. The new Q8 e-tron has been updated with significant changes to the front design of the vehicle.
With the release of the Audi e-tron in 2018, Audi officially started stepping towards electromobility. Since then, the Car has been setting standards in the electric luxury-class SUV market since the model's introduction.

Audi now has six electric vehicles in its lineup including the Q8 e-tron. By 2026, the company will have more than 20 EVs in its portfolio. At that point, Audi will launch fully electric models on the global market, in line with its corporate strategy ‘Vorsprung 2030’.
Exterior updates on the New Audi Q8 e-tron
The Q8 e-tron will be the first vehicle to feature the new two-dimensional Audi badge and Audi written on the B-pillar. Audi will now use the Single frame light spoiler at the rear to highlight the 3D four-ring badge as a central element and showcase the vehicle face on request.
Interior updates on the Audi Q8 e-tron electric SUV
Three-stage ventilation is available as standard and keeps the cabin cool even at high outdoor temperatures. All interiors are offered with optionally decorative inlays made of porous wood veneers, such as grainy ash and sycamore, or additions made of aluminium, such as light brown walnut wood and eco-friendly technical material partially made from recycled PET bottles.
Technical Details
The Q8 55 e-tron and Q8 Sportback 55 e-tron are powered by two motors and generate 408 horsepower and 664Nm of torque in boost mode, both the cars provide ranges up to 582 and 600 kilometres respectively on a full charge.
The top-of-the-range Audi SQ8 Sportback e-tron is powered by three motors and generates 496 horsepower and 973Nm of torque in boost mode, the car offers a range of up to 513 kilometres on a full charge.
Range and Charging
At a fast-charging station, the Q8 55 e-tron’s maximum charging performance increases to up to 170kW, and it can be charged from 10 to 80 per cent within 31 minutes (under ideal conditions), this translates to a range of up to 420 kilometres.
At an AC charging station or wall box, the Audi Q8 e-tron charges at up to 11kW, with Audi offering an optional AC charging performance of up to 22kW. The Q8 e-tron comes standard with the Plug and Charge function.
