Cadillac Introduced the 2024 XT4 luxury SUV with a vast array of tech and safety features. The XT4 is the latest sub-compact crossover within the General Motors family to receive an update. The 2024 Cadillac XT4 compact luxury SUV gets a refreshed design and technology upgrades inspired by the iconic LYRIQ and Escalade. The 2024 XT4 gets a distinguished stance with a new exterior appearance as well as a luxurious cabin with a revamped interior design.
Exterior Updates on the refreshed 2024 Cadillac XT4
On the exterior, the new front fascia features the unmistakable Cadillac vertical signature lighting with refreshed headlights and daytime running lights. The XT4's new grille is a fresh interpretation of the classic Cadillac chevron that was created with a parametric pattern and crafted with high precision. Each cell of the new grille is unique in shape, size and curvature and is painted in deep black gloss.
The XT4 is offered in three trim levels - Luxury, Premium Luxury and Sports. The styling in the Premium Luxury trim has exclusive wheels, grille, fascia, roof rails, and side body accents whereas the Sport has its own exclusive wheels, fascia and body-side dark accents, and dark finish roof rails.
There is also a new lineup of 18- and 20-inch alloy wheel designs as well as three new exterior colors - Emerald Lake Metallic, Midnight Sky Metallic and Deep Sea Metallic.
Interior Updates on the new 2024 Cadillac XT4
The XT4’s cabin also gets authentic brushed aluminum décor across the full width of the instrument panel accented with contemporary embroidery patterns on the seats.
Interior decor based on trims
Luxury - features classic Piano Black appointments with laser engraving.
Premium Luxury - offers genuine wood or aluminium trim, depending on the colour combination
Sport - includes genuine carbon fibre or genuine wood, depending on the interior colour.
The AKG 13-speaker audio system is only available on Platinum and Sport trims.
Safety Packages on Offer
The XT4 also gets the Cadillac Smart System suite of safety and driver assistance that includes IntelliBeam automatic high beams, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Second Row Seat Belt Indicator etc.
The Active Safety Package is available in Premium Luxury and Sport. Its roster of features includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency Braking, HD Surround Vision and an Enhanced version of Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning.
Technical Updates on the 2024 XT4
The XT4 continues with the proven performance of Cadillac’s 2.0-litre turbocharged engine that generates 235 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque, is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission with electronic shift control. It also gets an Active Fuel Management system that helps in reducing fuel consumption by temporarily deactivating some of the engine’s cylinders during certain driving conditions.
The XT4 offers three driving modes Tour, Sport and Snow/Ice as standard. Active Sport Suspension also elevates ride and handling dynamics, exclusively available on XT4 Sport. Additionally, the XT4’s twin-clutch all-wheel-drive provides traction and vehicle control, whether the road is dry, wet, snowy, or icy. It is available on all trims and enhances performance by delivering torque to the wheels that need it the most.
The 2024 Cadillac XT4 goes on sale in the Middle East by the end of 2023, with production at GM’s Fairfax assembly facility in Kansas. Pricing will be announced closer to the start of production.
