I review the 2020 Honda Civic which is one of the best driving & affordable compact sedan in its class. The 2020 Honda Civic is one of the top-selling compact sedans, years after it was first launched. The Honda Civic is easily the most loved compact sedan and deserves all the accolades. This is the 10th generation Honda Civic and not much has changed from last year’s model. The particular model that I reviewed was a 2020 Honda Civic EXI 2.0

To start off with, the Honda Civic comes with a 2.0L DOHC i-VTEC petrol engine that produces 158 bhp and 187 Nm. While in this generation too, it offers a CVT transmission. The CVT transmission manages to give you a fuel economy of anywhere between 12 to 14 kmpl which is a pretty decent figure for a compact sedan. While the i-VTEC engine and the CVT combination do tend to get a little noisy, the Honda Civic 2020 lacks a bit of soundproofing especially around the windows where you can hear a bit of wind whooshing.

The 2020 Civic comes with a big and generous boot which is again ahead of its rivals like the 2020 Toyota Corolla or the 2020 Hyundai Elantra. The only area that still needs a bit of improvement is the infotainment screen which still has the older generation of the operating system. The infotainment system on the 2020 Honda Accord is much nicer and looks fresher.

The 2020 Honda Civic EXI comes in at AED 65000 which is a bargain for the price you pay for the comfort, practicality and usability. It is loaded with all the standard safety system and technology to assist you during the drive. It is a quintessential family sedan car and nothing seems to take this tile away from the humble Honda.
