What Does Mercedes-Benz Do In Winters?
It’s winters and everyone is taking things a bit easy. Some are going on vacations with family while others prefer being in front of an ‘idiot box’ in their living room near the fireplace watching their favourite TV series. However, things are odd at Mercedes-Benz. What does Mercedes-Benz do in winters? Well, they test cars.
Mercedes-Benz has released a video which shows a few clips of the winter testing that it’s new, upcoming, next-gen A-Class has gone through. It’s clear how serious Mercedes-Benz is when it comes to testing its cars. Watch it yourself.
A few spy shots of the next-gen A-Class have been spotted last year. Now the car is in its final stages of testing and we’re expecting to see it up on the pavilion in the 2018 Geneva Motors Show that is scheduled to take place in March. BMW is also utilising the winter properly by testing its next-gen X1. Audi has also started testing its 2018 Q3. Both of these will go neck-to-neck with the new A-Class.
Mercedes-Benz is also working on a new A-Class sedan. It’s based on the platform of the next-gen A-Class. We’ve recently reported about its test mule spotted testing. We reckon that the sedan is still in its mid-development stage. Perhaps it would be unveiled a few months after the 2018 Geneva Motor Show where the next-gen A-Class will go public.
