The 2021 T-Roc is offered in 3 options in UAE: T-Roc Trend, T-Roc Style & T-Roc Sport. The one I tested was the Volkswagen T-Roc Sport.

In the 2021 VW T-Roc Sport, you get a 1.4-Litre, 4-Cylinder, TSI engine that manages to produce 150HP and 250Nm of torque. It sends all the power to the front wheels (FWD) through an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The tiny engine manages to deliver a fuel economy of 12 to 13kmpl on average. The suspension is on the soft side but give you ample comfort without any roll. The steering feels sharp and precise with great feedback.

On the inside, the VW T-Roc 2021 comes kitted with an 8-inch infotainment system, wireless Android Auto & Apple Carplay, digital cockpit, Vienna leather seats, wireless phone charger and a UAE specific SOS system.

The compact SUV from Volkswagen competes with Mazda CX-30, Nissan Qashqai, Toyota C-HR, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Karoq and MG ZS.
