The Subaru WRX was already a great car that was refreshed in 2015. It now gets a latest update for the year 2018 and even though they are minor, they are worth the note and is a reasonable update to keep the car modern and fresh. The Subaru WRX externally is not modified very vastly besides some small tweaks like the 18 inch alloy wheels that come standard on the car, the cornering lights giving it a sharper look, and the race blue in which it comes makes the car stand out without being overtly flashy while at it making it the best of sports and city-friendly skin.
The hood scoop, large head lights, large grill, fenders in the front and rear give a wide body look and the vents in the side skirts making it the best Subaru WRX is excellent. The seats are slightly improved with better torso support and the dashboard is simple and minimalistic including the lovely steering wheel. For a sports sedan, the rear passenger seats are comfortable and adequate with enough room on offer and so is a practical boot that can store luggage for a weekend trip.
The visibility out the car is spectacular with big windshields and small A pillars offering a very nice view. You also get safety tech available and even more so in the higher models. The car comes with a 2.0L turbo charged four cylinder engine that puts 268hp that is mated to a six speed manual gearbox. There is a CVT option but who really needs that?
