While you can get a very well carved sports car that you can take barely on the weekends, why not go for a sports car that you can take every day? This is the philosophy that a lot of car manufacturers are attempting to accomplish and the new Subaru WRX STI is the epitome of that same story. The car comes with a significantly stiffer chassis and other new upgrades that make it a better car that it was previously. It features a familiar 2.5L turbo flat four engine that puts 305hp and 393Nm of torque to all four wheels through a 6 speed manual transmission making it a sweet deal.
The car is excellent in design already and the new LED day time running lights and edgy design that is minimalistic and sporty at the same time. The car has a great chassis balance. The interiors are great, simple but works very well to suit the car. The instruments are clear and sporty with a small digital display that puts a lot of information in front of you. The practicality of the car is also great with infotainment, great passenger seat comfort and wonderful boot space.
The car has a brake assisted torque vectoring system and the car turns in faster than before. The car forgives you with its balance making you get to speed on this car very soon. On a track, it will let you go fast and brake late as the torque vectoring takes care of things and the road holing is exceptional. The car hits 100kmph in 4.6 seconds which is a full second faster than the WRX.
