Classic and retro looks never really get old and the PGO Hemera is proof of the same. PGO is a French car company that is not very famous around but they have been around. The car features a combination of old and new in its design and it works really well with the French car. It is quite true that they have copied some of the elements from the Porsche car but it all comes together very well for them. You have a single door, retro bonnet styling, round headlamps, air vents on shoulder lines, excellent looking alloy wheels and the side profile of the car is sporty.
The car weighs just 2160 pounds which are similar to the Lotus’ philosophy for sporty cars as they have small engines that give great power and better economy. The car has a Peugeot sourced engine that is mid-mounted and puts out 140hp and goes to 100kmph in just 7 seconds. This power surely does not mean that it is going to win drag races but it is enough to power to have a lot of fun with this car.
The interiors of this car are also very retro with a circular theme going on and the center console looks well put that houses the manual transmission. There is an infotainment system as with many models and the leather seats are very comfortable as well. The car’s interiors feature manual instruments which are well lit and easy to read. There is a retro feel to the entire cabin as well with old school gauges and buttons on the center console. The steering wheel is fully black with the logo in the center. The fuel gauge is on the center console and the instruments feature a digital display in between for more information making this car a retro modern machine.
