The CMC Z7 is made in Taiwan made Chinese car which generally hints quality as iPhones are usually made here. The MPV has a lot of styling cues from Mitsubishi about it. The CMC Z7 has three trims on offer and it varies accordingly in price respectively. There are mechanical changes, slight power increases and more features that define the trim levels. The design of the car is fairly straight forward with large headlights and a small grill with a single line chrome unit with the logo. There is a large bumper with faux air vents and fog lamps. The side wheel arches and the rear of the car is proportionate hinting the space on offer.
The car comes with a i4 tech 2.4L engine that puts the power to the front wheels by a 5 speed automatic gearbox in the top trim. The car puts out 136hp and 206Nm of torque and will hit 100kmph in 14 seconds. The car has a top speed of 170kmph. The interior design is fairly simple and razor cut sharp with the center console shaped in a unique way and brushed with aluminum. There is AC controls below the center console and the gear lever for the automatic.
The instrument cluster is large and easy to read and the steering wheel is wrapped with double stitched leather and feels comfortable to touch. The car is marketed as a Mitsubishi car worldwide except the UAE market in which it is called the CMC. The engine is a straight mounted unit and is Euro5 compliant in the latest trims. The torque in this car is great for acceleration and moving around the SUV with family and luggage making it a eager car.
