A few months ago Mini released pictures of its electric John Cooper Works prototype testing at the Nürburgring. Now Mini has teased the car ahead of its reveal in the coming weeks.
Mini said earlier this month that they will push towards full electrification now and will become an all-electric brand by 2030. "With the Mini Electric, we've shown how driving enjoyment and electric mobility can be combined. Now it's time to translate the passion for performance of the John Cooper Works brand to electromobility", said Bernd K¶rber, Mini's head honcho.
While Mini will produce their last combustion engine car in 2025, they have said that their electric cars will be pretty quick and fun to drive.
