In this video, I get an exclusive chance to drive the 2023 Land Rover Defender 130. The Defender 130 was exclusively launched into the Middle East market in the UAE. The event kicked off at the scenic Bab Al Shams desert resort and spa in Dubai.
The drive event consisted of testing the new Defender 130 in off-road conditions consisting of sand dunes, rock, mud, and gravel to test its capabilities.
Defender 130 shares its platform with the other lineup of Defender 90 and Defender 110. The wheelbase on the Defender 130 is exactly the same as the new Defender 110. Because there is an extension in the back, there is more room for the third-row passengers. The Defender 130 can now seat, as claimed, eight passengers easily in it with the third row able to accommodate 3 passengers quite comfortably.
