Its 60-kWh lithium-ion battery pack, the largest in its class, offers a best-in-class driving range of over 500 km on a single charge. To put that into context, a conventional petrol-powered car would deliver a similar driving range on a full tank of fuel, making the Chevrolet Bolt EV just as practical and useable in daily driving situations. Considering that a majority of people do not have to refuel their vehicle every single day, the Chevrolet Bolt EV presents a compelling case for its utility as a practical family car.

Chevrolet has been monitoring the Bolt EV whenever it has been put to test in the real-world conditions both in the US and now in markets across the globe. It has got all the data that has been recorded since the launch of the vehicle. Through January 2018 approximately 23,000 Chevrolet Bolt EV owners in North America have travelled a cumulative 209 million kilometers.
