Cadillac Introduces Limited Edition CTS-V Champion Series

Cadillac celebrates its record-breaking return to endurance raci

In the celebration of its first-ever endurance racing title, representing the 2017 International Motor Sport Association (IMSA) Manufacturer, Driver, Team and Endurance Championships, secured in the first year of its return to the long-distance sport, Cadillac has introduced limited edition CTS-V Champion Series especially for the Middle East market.

Cadillac will be making only 25 units of this limited edition model, and all of them will be available only in the UAE. This unique model has been given some special treatment to make it stand out of the ordinary.

Speaking about this limited edition model, Christian Soemmer, Managing Director of Cadillac Middle East said, “Our V-Series model range has always held a significant place in the hearts of car enthusiasts in the Middle East. With the introduction of the exclusive V-Series Championship Editions to the region, we are happy to be contributing even further to the high-octane spirit of our existing and new customers who desire individuality as well as a premium performance sports sedan.”

From the outside, the CTS-V Champion Series model has got Cadillac V-Performance graphics located on the hood and rear spoiler, Red Obsession side-view mirror caps, DPi-VR graphic on the quarter windows, Red Brembo brake calipers and forged polish-finished alloy V-Series wheels with Midnight Silver painted pockets. All of these elements make the car look sportier, menacing and aggressive.

Cadillac has also made certain changes in the interiors of this limited edition model. The Morello Red interior detail package includes Jet Black RECARO race-inspired seats, red front and rear door armrests and Morello accented high gloss carbon fibre interior trim. Some other features that we can spot in the cabin include the Performance Data Recorder with Cosworth Toolbox, sunroof, the industry-leading Rear Camera Mirror and next-generation Cadillac user experience.

This V-Series Championship Edition is available in two colour options – Black Raven and Crystal White Tricoat. There’s also a carbon fibre package available which replaces the standard front splitter, fibre hood vent, fibre rear spoiler and fibre rear diffuser with the carbon fibre parts.
