Al-Futtaim Honda Expands Its Presence In Abu Dhabi; Opens A New Facility

In order to increase its empire and reach, Al-Futtaim Honda opens a new facility in Abu Dhabi. It is located at Umm Al Nar, and is designed to provide 3S services to the customers under one roof.

Present at the opening ceremony of the new facility were Mr. Omar Al Futtaim, Vice Chairman of Al-Futtaim, Mr. Taro Kobayashi, Honda Regional Head – Africa and the Middle East in addition to senior management from Al-Futtaim and Honda Middle East.

The new facility is built over an area of 8,000 sqm. It provides customers with a complete experience of sales, service and spare parts. This is extremely convenient for both existing and new customers as they need not go anywhere else. It is open seven days a week.

Commenting on the opening of the new facility, Eric Benavente, Regional Managing Director, Al-Futtaim Honda, said, “Abu Dhabi is a very important market for us and reflects the Group’s continued commitment to its customers in the Capital. In addition to being conveniently located, the new facility helps us better serve our customers and
offers them the complete range of Honda products under one roof.”

Al-Futtaim Honda has done its research of the market in Abu Dhabi and designed its new facility accordingly. It has 21 service bays and can handle more than 100 cars per day. This is brilliant. It will fasten up the entire service process and thereby reduce the waiting time for customers.

Along with Honda’s range of sedans and SUVs, customers will also find motorcycles, marine engines, power products, and certified pre-owned vehicles in the new facility because Al-Futtaim Honda is the exclusive distributor of all these things.
