Exterior updates on the 2024 Hyundai Sonata Facelift

The exterior design of the SONATA has been influenced by the N-Line, which emphasises its distinctive appearance with a long hood, a low front end, and a fastback roofline.

New Hyundai SONATA features a newly designed lower profile that exudes a sporty vibe through its horizontal front-end layout. The sedan features a unique Seamless Horizon Lamp, along with hidden headlights, a wide grille, and an air intake, all of which are integrated into the front end and enhance the car’s sharp and dynamic looks while a futuristic touch.

The sharp and linear design elements live in contrast with the smooth and sleek surfaces accentuating the dynamic design of the SONATA. The black garnish positioned along the bottom of the car’s body rises towards the rear, creating a bold and striking character.

At the rear, wide stance of the sedan is highlighted by the new H-shaped taillights, swooping spoiler-shaped trunk lid and muffler-shaped rear garnish. The addition of a rear spoiler and dual twin-tip mufflers along with exclusive 19-inch wheels on the N Line model makes the sedan more athletic.

Interior updates on the 2024 Hyundai Sonata

Inside the cabin, the redesigned SONATA gets a redesigned modern and simple dash and a driver-focused layout, complemented by sophisticated high-tech elements that cater to modern lifestyles and future mobility needs.

The SONATA features a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a panoramic curved display that combines both into a simple dash. The instrument panel’s touch-operated climate control unit adds to the vehicle’s high-tech ambience.

The SONATA’s interior gets significant upgrades that enhance a sense of sportiness and premium feel to the cabin. The “floating” theme of the interior design creates a futuristic vibe.

The use of a column-type shift-by-wire controller positioned behind the steering wheel creates additional space in the centre console area. The centre console also includes a palm rest that extends the armrest for more comfort and a large cup holder and tray for added convenience.
