But for Dodge all that wasn't just enough, so they decided to break all records by introducing the '2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170' with the output of a whopping 1,025 horsepower output, making it the most powerful muscle car in the world ever made!
The 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 is the brand’s seventh and final “Last Call” special-edition model that was revealed at the Dodge Last Call Powered by Roadkill Nights Vegas performance festival at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The "Last Call" vehicles from Dodge pay tribute to the Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger, which will no longer be produced with their current HEMI-engine-powered designs after 2023. Dodge has already introduced six special editions of "Last Call" vehicles in anticipation of the unveiling of the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170.
Engine and Technical Specifications of the 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170
Under the hood, the Challenger SRT Demon 170 comes with a powerful 6.2-liter high-output supercharged V8 HEMI engine, that produces 1,025 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 1,281Nm (945 lb-ft) of torque at 4,200 rpm on an E85 ethanol blend fuel and produces 900 horsepower and 1,098Nm (810 lb-ft) of torque on E10.The SRT Demon 170 can hit 60 mph in just 1.66 seconds, which translates that it reaches from 0 to 100kmph in just 1.7 seconds, now that's fast! It delivers the highest G-force acceleration of any production car at 2.004gs.
The new Demon 170 can complete the quarter-mile in just 8.91 seconds, which makes the Demon almost a full second quicker than the original Demon's time of 9.65 seconds. In addition, the Demon 170 reaches a speed of 151mph (243.2kmph) during the quarter-mile, which is 11mph (17.7kmph) faster than the original Demon, with a top speed of 140mph (225.3kmph).
The Demon 170 also gets a modified 3.0-liter supercharger, driveline upgrades, TransBrake 2.0, unique drag mode suspension and a revised rear suspension. The new Demon engine draws in air through a bigger 105 mm throttle body.

The interior of the Demon 170, features a digital instrument display along with a digital infotainment screen. The car showcases a yellow and red Demon instrument panel badge that displays the vehicle's four-digit Vehicle Identification Number. The instrument console screen has a red gauge design, featuring a red Demon 170 main cluster graphic. The Alcantara performance steering wheel has an LED "SRT" logo and real carbon-fibre bezels, which enhances the performance-oriented ambience of the interior. The Muscle car gets a minimal two-speaker audio system.The SRT Demon 170 offers a lightweight houndstooth cloth interior with the Demon 170 logo on the driver's seat. For those seeking a premium leather interior, an optional black Alcantara/Laguna leather seat with the Demon 170 logo is also available, along with heated and ventilated seats, a heated steering wheel, an 18-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with amplifier and trunk-mounted sub-woofer, and more. Customers can also choose distinctive Demonic Red Laguna leather seats to add a pop of colour to the interior. Additionally, all interior options have the rear seat deletion option.

The new Challenger Demon 170 looks smashing as it retains the iconic design of the original Challenger and carries the same angry muscle car stance. The stunning design with the power it packs just makes a perfect combination.The Challenger SRT Demon 170 gets a redesigned Demon badge that features a "170" neck tattoo and a new yellow demon's eye, which represents the vehicle's E85 fuel compatibility, these badges are located on the front side fenders. The vehicle's grille also flaunts an SRT badge. Under the hood, there is a supercharger badge with a Demon theme and a commemorative "Last Call" plaque.
For the 2023 model of the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170, customers will have a choice of 14 different exterior colour options. These options will include classic colours like B5 Blue, Plum Crazy Purple, and Sublime Green, as well as the popular modern colour, Destroyer Grey. Additionally, all of these colour choices will come with the option of a unique Satin Black painted hood, or a Satin Black painted hood, roof, and decklid.
The Dodge Challenger Demon 170 arrives with standard 17-inch rear and 18-inch front forged aluminium wheels, with a lightweight carbon-fibre wheel option. fitted with 315/50R17 Mickey Thompson ET Street R drags radials, never offered on a production car before and Mickey Thompson 245/55R18 ET Street front tires deliver extra force on the strip or street.
Each SRT Demon 170 owner will receive a special decanter set that is unique to their vehicle. The set includes a custom decanter with the owner's name and VIN engraved on the back, coasters and whiskey cubes with the Demon logo, rocks glasses, a Demon 170 supercharger badge cover, and a unique Demon 170 illustration on the inside top of the set cover. Additionally, a custom instrument panel badge can be ordered by the customer after they receive their SRT Demon 170 for even more personalization.
