The new Honda Civic Sport 2022 is offered with a 1.5-Litre, 4-cylinder, turbocharged engine that produces 180HP and 240Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a CVT transmission which is pretty refined and feels smooth giving you a strong fuel economy of anywhere between 13 to 14 kmpl. The power is sent to the front wheels, while Honda still does not have any plans of introducing a rear-wheel-drive version of the Civic anytime soon.

The exterior design now boasts of a new design language that is far less aggressive and much cleaner giving it an elegant look. The Honda Civic 2022 sits lower and is 1.4-inches longer than the previous generation. The new Civic I tested also came with an optional black pack which includes the front grille, door handles, rear spoiler and side mirrors in black colour.

On the inside, it feels fresh and designed from the ground up. The new AC grilles make the dashboard look super clean. It gets a new 10.2-inch colourful drivers display and a 9-inch infotainment screen.
